Strategylance is a self-initiated R&D project exploring how brand strategy can be structured into a practical framework for freelancers and entrepreneurs.
Even a strategy framework needs strategy. A key part of the early process focused on defining the concept’s positioning and name. After exploring multiple directions, I combined strategy and freelance into Strategylance; a name that symbolically references a lance and the idea of taking up arms with a clear strategic direction.
Strategylance was developed as a sub-brand within Brand Technica, which led to refining Brand Technica’s identity so it better aligned with the strategic direction behind the project.
As an MVP, the visual identity for Strategylance is still evolving. I developed an initial prototype logo and a small set of visual explorations that align with the refined Brand Technica identity and establish a first visual direction for the framework.
Building a system publicly creates accountability and valuable feedback.
The first version of Strategylance resulted in a structured insight of "what is Brand Strategy" presented through Chapter 1. This initial release establishes the foundation of the concept and allows the idea to be tested through real feedback and practical use. The project also became a cornerstone of my personal brand direction, combining strategy, design and entrepreneurial thinking into a single system.
Strategylance is currently being developed and shared as an early framework.
As more people explore the concept and apply it in practice, feedback and insights from the community will be collected here.
